The Landmark is licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 120 guests, with two stunning rooms to choose from for your special day. The Old Library, flooded with natural light and boasting views of St Peter’s Church.

From an intimate ceremony of 35 guests, up to 120*, we have the venue to host your big day.

Please note, you must contact the local registrar directly to discuss their availability, fees, and any other details. Finally, the ceremony fee is an additional cost to the registrars’ fees and any other packages.

T H E Daytime P A C K A G E

If you’re looking for a more traditional wedding then the daytime package is the perfect choice for you. Catering from 35 – 80 guests for a seated wedding breakfast, with exclusive venue hire 12pm – 7pm, at £85 per head.

Leading on from the traditional daytime package, our evening package* is the ideal way to continue the celebrations for both guests staying and joining you. The cost is £20.00 per head, where we can host 60-150* guests from 7pm – 1am.

We can hold a provisional date for up to two weeks, after which time if you would like to go ahead and book The Landmark for your special day, a deposit must be paid to secure the date. All deposits are non-refundable.

Dependent to which package is being booked the deposit may vary, this will be discussed with you in detail with the team.

Once the booking has been secured with a deposit you and your partner will sit with one of the wedding team to discuss a payment plan in the lead up to your special day.

Your total balance must be settled 8 weeks prior to the event.

Children are classed as age 10 and under and are not included in the minimum numbers. Please ask your coordinator for additional details and menu options.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Upon paying a deposit and making your date official with The Landmark, a copy of the terms & conditions will be forwarded to yourself for completion, which must be signed and returned to the wedding team on site.
