PAYMENTS

We can hold a provisional date for up to two weeks, after which time if you would like to go ahead and book The Landmark for your special day, a deposit must be paid to secure the date. All deposits are non-refundable.

Dependent to which package is being booked the deposit may vary, this will be discussed with you in detail with the team.

Once the booking has been secured with a deposit you and your partner will sit with one of the wedding team to discuss a payment plan in the lead up to your special day.

Your total balance must be settled 8 weeks prior to the event.

Children are classed as age 10 and under and are not included in the minimum numbers. Please ask your coordinator for additional details and menu options.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Upon paying a deposit and making your date official with The Landmark, a copy of the terms & conditions will be forwarded to yourself for completion, which must be signed and returned to the wedding team on site.
