Customer Service Practitioner

Level 2

As a Customer Service Practitioner you’ll work with a wide range of customers to provide a high-quality service, which may be face-to-face, by phone, email, social media or post. Depending on your job role, you may be dealing with sales, orders and payments; offering advice, guidance and support; meeting and greeting customers; fixing problems, arranging after care and service; or researching whether customers are satisfied with products or services. You’ll provide information on the products or services your company offers and may provide customer care before, during and after the purchase of a product or service. Duration 14 months. Entry requirements You will take a Skills Scan to ensure your current level of maths and English is at the required level. Assessment • Apprentice showcase (demonstrating your knowledge and skills). • Practical observation in your workplace. • Professional discussion. Progression Successful completion of this Apprenticeship provides an ideal stepping stone into specialist, team leading, supervisory or first line management roles. It also allows progression to higher level training, e.g. a Team Leader/Supervisor or Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship at Level 3.
