A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required within 7 days to secure the booking. Provisional bookings can be held for this duration but will be reallocated if no payment has been received. • These payments are transferable within the booking and can be allocated towards drinks packages. • Final payments are due 14 days before the event date. • Final menu choices, dietary requirements and pre- ordered drinks must be confirmed in full 14 days before the event date for all parties. • Over 18s only. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and failure to present a valid ID will result in individuals being asked to leave the premises.

• Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol/ food onto the premises. • For any bookings made within 14 days of the event date, full payment will need to be made upon booking. • Any changes to your party numbers are not permitted within 7 days of the event date. • Smart/Casual dress code. • All prices listed include VAT at the standard rate. • We have free parking onsite, however, spaces are limited. A list of alternative local parking options can be made available to you upon request. The Landmark cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle whilst on the premises.
