TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments

A non-refundable room hire deposit of £150.00 will be required upon booking.

If booking with our preferred caterers an additional deposit will be required at their request, which is 50% of the catering total.

Final invoices must be settled no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date.

For any bookings made within 4 weeks of the event date the full amount must be paid in full upon booking.

All prices listed include VAT at the standard rate.

General Information

Minimum numbers for all Christmas Bookings are 45 guests

Final menu choices, dietary requirements and pre-ordered drinks must be con fi rmed in full 14 days before the event date for all parties.

Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol/food onto the premises. If found doing so this could result in being asked to leave the venue.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy and failure to present a valid ID will result in individuals being asked to leave the premises.

Smart / Casual dress code.

We have free parking onsite, however, spaces are limited. A list of alternative local parking options is available on request. The Landmark cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle whilst on the premises.
