Zaynah will kick off the festival with her signature Chicken Karahi, bursting with bold spices and rich flavour. Zaynah will demonstrate how to make a quick and delicious two-ingredient naan, sharing tips on how to achieve the perfect texture and flavour with minimal ingredients.
