Designed for those who are supervisors of food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry, this course provides knowledge of food safety and food hygiene, enabling individuals to identify problem areas and recommend solutions.

Highfield Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering.
Venue:
NLTG’s Vocational Centre of Excellence in Accrington or other venues across the North West. Numbers permitting, this course can be delivered on company premises.
