COLNE GRAND PRIX WELCOME TO OUR TEAMS! We are delighted to welcome the nation’s top cycling talent to Colne for an electrifying evening of racing! This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, with some of the best riders and teams lined up to battle it out on our challenging circuit. In the Men’s National Open Race , expect fireworks as powerhouse squads like DAS Richardsons , Wheelbase Cabtech Castelli , TAAP Kalas , and Belgium’s very own Alpecin-Deceuninck take to the start line. Add Cycling Sheffield , Dolan Factory Racing , Team PB Performance , and more into the mix, and you’ve got a thrilling contest on your hands. Keep your eyes peeled for last year’s star, Matthew Bostock , returning to defend his crown, this time with the TEKKERZ CC team – he’s hungry for another win!

The Women’s National Elite Race is just as packed with excitement, featuring top teams such as Smurfit Westrock , Loughborough Lightning , CJ O’Shea Racing , DAS Hutchinson , Handsling Alba Development Road Team , Simpson Nouvelles , Brother UK - On Form and many others. We’re also hoping to welcome back Sophie Lewis , last year’s inaugural winner of the women’s elite race, who’ll be racing once again with DAS Hutchinson . Elite racing kicks off with the Wo men’s race at around 7:20pm , followed by the Men’s race at 8:20pm . Grab a spot, soak in the atmosphere, and enjoy what’s set to be an unforgettable evening of high-speed action!

The Colne Grand Prix is proud to welcome back the Women’s Elite Race for its second year – and it’s set to be another unforgettable showdown! Sponsored by Fort Vale , this high energy event is part of the prestigious Women’s National Circuit Series and will see some of the UK’s top female cyclists take on Colne’s fast and technical closed-road circuit. Following a spectacular debut in 2024 – which saw Sophie Lewis of DAS-Hutchinson-Brother UK power to victory – anticipation is high for what promises to be another edge-of-your-seat race. Riders from UCI Continental Women’s Teams and top UK squads will compete, with the race open to Elite, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd category female racers .
