We will kick things off with a welcome drink on arrival, and from there… the night is yours. Bring your favourite food (or your go-to caterers), your own DJ or live entertainment, and make the most of our fantastic lighting systems.

With exclusive access to our private bar, you and your guests can sip, dance and celebrate in style all night long. It’s your party – we are just here to make it extraordinary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments

A non-refundable room hire deposit of £150.00 will be required upon booking.

If booking with our preferred caterers, a £10 deposit per person is required upon booking, which will be deducted from your fi nal balance.

Final invoices must be settled no later than four weeks prior to the event date.

For any bookings made within four weeks of the event date the full amount must be paid in full upon booking.

All prices listed include VAT at the standard rate.

General Information

Minimum numbers for all Christmas Bookings are 40 guests. For three-course meals, bookings are capped at a maximum of 60 guests. The maximum number of people in the venue is 150.

Final menu choices, dietary requirements and pre-ordered drinks must be con fi rmed in full 14 days before the event date for all parties.

We have free parking onsite, however, spaces are limited. A list of alternative local parking options is available on request. The Landmark cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle whilst on the premises.
