20:00 – 21:00 The Mel Outsider Reformation Mel Outsider brings his seven-piece band to The Muni on Friday night with music from their latest album, Mel Goes Funky. Blending soul, blues, jazz and funk, the band delivers a groove-filled live show that's built to get the dancefloor moving. Backed by an outstanding line-up of musicians and praised for their fresh, soulful sound, this promises to be one of the weekend's most uplifting performances.
21:30 – 22:30 Chloe Josephine With a career spanning more than 20 years, Chloe Josephine has established herself as one of the UK's finest contemporary blues voices.
A three-time UK Blues Awards finalist for Vocalist of the Year, she has toured extensively, received national radio and television exposure, and co-founded the award-winning blues-rock band Brave Rival.
Now focusing on her solo work, Chloe blends soul, blues, R&B, pop and folk into a sound that's uniquely her own. Backed in Colne by guitarist Thomas Heppell and his band, expect outstanding vocals, heartfelt songwriting and a performance full of warmth, energy and personality.
