13:45 – 14:45 Doctor Brown & The Groovecats Festival favourites Doctor Brown & The Groovecats return to Colne with the infectious mix of blues, rhythm and groove that has made them firm crowd-pleasers over the years. Familiar faces at the Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival, they've performed at venues across the town, from the old Roadhouse stages and the Sports Centre to more recent appearances on the Official Fringe. A welcome return from true festival stalwarts.

15:30 – 16:30 The Achievers For more than a decade, The Achievers have built a reputation as one of the UK's most original and accomplished blues and roots acts. Blending blues, Americana and roots music with infectious rhythms, rich vocal harmonies and outstanding musicianship, their live shows are renowned for their warmth, energy and feel-good atmosphere. Winners of the 2019 UK Blues Challenge, they've also

earned multiple UK Blues Award nominations and represented Britain at both the International Blues Challenge in Memphis and the European Blues Challenge in Malmö. Expect a performance that's uplifting, distinctive and impossible to pigeonhole.
