Get ready for an unforgettable Bank Holiday weekend at the 2025 Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival… because it’s more than just music, it’s a full-blown family celebration! From Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th August, Colne town centre will be buzzing with FREE family entertainment and street performances across the weekend. Expect jaw-dropping fire-breathing shows, stilt-walking Blues Brothers, dazzling LED mirror ball heads, the hilarious Mirror Men, and the return of the ever-popular Stilt Batteristas bringing the beat from above! On Saturday little ones can enjoy free face painting and on Sunday free glitter tattoos, while all ages can strike a pose in the immersive 360 photo booth. The Red Lion car park will transform into a full funfair all weekend, while buskers and outdoor music spots pop up throughout the town. Hungry? Enjoy tasty bites from The Thai Food Van, The Grill, Istanbul Grill, Golden Catering, and cool down with a classic treat from the Ice Cream van.
