Another year and another highly successful Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival… we couldn’t have done it without so many incredible people and businesses. The preparation and effort that goes into hosting one of the biggest and best Blues festivals in the UK is huge and we fully appreciate all the support that we receive. Firstly, we would like to thank our main partner Barnfield Construction , for once again supporting and sponsoring the festival. They have been avid supporters of the festival for many years and it has been another fantastic year working together. This festival could not run without our incredible volunteers . Over the weekend we will see over 100 volunteers helping and supporting the event, and to each and every one of you, thank you. To our local businesses , we can’t thank you enough for getting on board with the festival and helping it to thrive – we hope you enjoy the weekend and have plenty of visitors, with thousands of people set to shop local throughout the festival. Once again our artistic directors, Colne Blues Society , have smashed this year’s line-up. We are proud to welcome a fantastic range of Blues legends to Colne, as well as many up and coming stars. Thank you to Simon, Nina and the team for all their hard work, their knowledge which is second to none and their immense passion to deliver a festival to remember. To Scott Dawson Advertising , we thank you once again for marketing and promoting the festival far and wide. To our volunteer-run venues, Pendle Hippodrome, The Exchange Project Stage and The Little Theatre , thank you for being our tremendous hosts.
