Customer Service Practitioner

A Customer Service Practitioner works with a variety of customers to provide a high-quality service. This may be delivered face-to-face, by phone, email, social media or post. The role may involve dealing with processing sales, orders and payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meeting and greeting customers, fixing problems, arranging after care and service, or researching whether customers are satisfied with products or services. Customer service skills are valuable to employers in a variety of sectors from travel, retail, finance, health care and childcare to engineering, business, hospitality and catering. With a range of different sectors comes a range of different customers, all of whom require a high quality service. The standard of your delivery will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with your organisation.
