Careers in the catering and hospitality industry are exciting and varied. You may be working in settings such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, conference centres, bars, or with catering companies providing food and drink services for events and parties. If you’re creative, passionate and dedicated, this industry could be for you!

The types of tasks you will be undertaking depends on the job role you choose and the sector you work in. If you have a passion for cooking, and the dedication to become a top chef, then the kitchen environment is for you! Depending on the nature of the business you are working in, you could be creating dishes ranging from light bites to luxury feasts.
