meals , reflecting the scale and capability of the operation she built from the ground up. A single mum of two, Kirsty is passionate about people-led leadership, ethical growth and social impact. She remains hands-on in the business and is deeply committed to initiatives such as prison-to-employment schemes and supporting local communities.
