JAMAICA Get ready to step into the heart of football excellence with the Global Institute of Sport at our very first, innovative ‘Live Lab’ in Jamaica. This is an immersive, real time opportunity to apply your university degree in a world-class football academy, working alongside some of the Caribbean’s most promising young talents. A lucky group of GIS students will be handpicked for a fully-funded, multi-week internship at Mount Pleasant. As part of the ‘Live Lab’ experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in all aspects of coaching, performance, and academy business development. From working with under-15 squads to supporting the senior men’s team competing in the Jamaican Premier League and CONCACAF, your impact will be felt across the entire club. Accommodation will be provided through Mount Pleasant Football Academy and students will be shown around the island with plenty of free time available to explore this idyllic island.
