A great amount of our workforce are from the Pendle area and, as Fort Vale Engineering was initially founded in Colne in 1967, we know how important it is to our employees for us to be involved in the local community. The development of young engineers and apprentices is fundamental to the success of the company, and our dedication to the health and wellbeing of our sta ff can be seen with our state - of - the - art Wilson Fort Sports Centre. This is supported by the many sports and social activities we are involved with annually, creating a healthy and happy workplace.
