SMARTtraining This is where BIU personnel work at the customer’s premises to ensure the agreed strategy is implemented and identified savings are realised with no up-front cost to the customer. Our REM teams operate in the field and through analysing our customer’s data focus on implementing savings at underperforming sites and deliver behaviour change at the sites they visit. BIU call this Training as a Service (TaaS) which is the most effective solution delivered right at the heart of the opportunity, to the right people, by the right people. Again, BIU see this as delivering real value in a true energy partnership.
