SMARTcontrols Where a customer has an existing BEMS (or is looking to invest) our REM’s interrogate and identify areas of high use. In conjunction with our automated SMARTalarms this allows BIU to pinpoint wasted energy. Our teams then make sure that any BEMS are operating and controlling sites to maximum efficiency. Where customers have an existing energy bureau for their BEMS system or an FM provider, our SMART teams work in parallel to ensure the systems are optimized.
