Apprenticeships NLTG Appren琀ceships are full-琀me, permanent jobs that are designed to help you learn while you earn. You will have a job, get paid from day one and gain prac琀cal skills from the workplace. Traineeships Traineeships are the 昀rst steps towards an Appren琀ceship. They o昀er a high quality work experience placement with English and maths support, work prepara琀on training and a weekly allowance. Study Programme Our Study Programme aims to help you if you are not ready, or able, to directly enter an Appren琀ceship.

Our Study Programme o昀ers two exci琀ng, full-琀me, pre-Appren琀ceship programmes to 16-18 year olds:

Up to £45 allowance per week**

Employability Skills Route 1

Route 2 Traineeships

STUDY PROGRAMME

The programmes are delivered by our expert team from our state-of-the-art centre in Accrington. Both programmes will help you develop the skills needed to get you ready for the workplace, further learning or an Appren琀ceship. They will also help you gain a maths and/or English quali昀ca琀on if you don’t have GCSEs at grade 4-9. * Allowance is subject to a琀endance. **Bursary/allowance is not an en琀tlement and is not guaranteed. Applica琀ons will be individually assessed in line with eligibility.

I enjoy everything about my Employability Skills course with NLTG. It is a path that can lead to success and a good career. The bursary also gives me more independence and I’ve made lots of friends since joining. Hector Munyongani
