Apprenticeships NLTG Appren琀ceships are full-琀me, permanent jobs that are designed to help you learn while you earn. You will have a job, get paid from day one and gain prac琀cal skills from the workplace. Traineeships Traineeships are the 昀rst steps towards an Appren琀ceship. They o昀er a high quality work experience placement with English and maths support, work prepara琀on training and a weekly allowance. Study Programme Our Study Programme aims to help you if you are not ready, or able, to directly enter an Appren琀ceship.

My current role is in the Digital Marke琀ng team. I work with social media, communicate with poten琀al customers, work on online adverts and promo琀ons and I also work on marke琀ng campaigns which is really fun. The thing I’ve enjoyed most about my quali昀ca琀on is learning new skills.

My favourite thing about doing a Traineeship is that is I can literally be doing anything; no day is the same and I get to work with lots of different departments. The skills I learnt have helped me progress onto my Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Route 2 Traineeships

When I first started, I was shy and nervous and I had no GCSEs. Then I started to learn and develop my social skills ready for work. The staff were thoughtful and helpful and I have now got English and maths qualifications and I am looking to find an Apprenticeship.

The programmes are delivered by our expert team from our state-of-the-art centre in Accrington. Both programmes will help you develop the skills needed to get you ready for the workplace, further learning or an Appren琀ceship. They will also help you gain a maths and/or English quali昀ca琀on if you don’t have GCSEs at grade 4-9. * Allowance is subject to a琀endance. **Bursary/allowance is not an en琀tlement and is not guaranteed. Applica琀ons will be individually assessed in line with eligibility.
