Many of our customers use our personal account credit facilities when shopping with us, and as a FCA regulated business, we want to lend responsibly and within regulatory guidelines. We also need to ensure that we always manage our customer data appropriately and market our products in a clear, fair and not misleading way.

We drive customer journey improvements from the point the customer is making their payment, through to the delivery of our goods and the potential return of the goods. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

We work with the latest industry software and hardware to be as creative as possible - delivering good quality, engaging, quirky multi channel content for our customers.

Last year we personalised over 2.3 million items and dispatched over 5.5 million parcels. Our great teams ensure our Í ustomers receive their products safely and on time.

Some of our key roles include: - Programme & Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Development, Testing, Architecture, Planning, Digital & Dev/Ops, Procurement, Infrastructure & ITServices and Cyber Security.

There are four functional areas within Finance – Management Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Services Support and Commercial - providing accurate results and insightful analysis.

Our website contains over 50,000 products, 2 million images and thousands of videos, all managed by our team. We aim to attract new customers through TVadvertising, mini offers, out of home, off the page advertising, digital advertising including product listings, Facebook and other social.
