Anumber of their existing employees, including JamesHowell andAlex Graham, have recently completed their NVQLevel 2Apprenticeship in Performance EngineeringOperations. Two young adult learners,William Moat and IzaakHolden are close to completing their respective courses. William, who is finishing offhisNVQExtendedDiploma for Engineering with a focus on tool maintenance, commented:

“When I first started atWham I didn’t have a cluewhat I was doing! I have shadowed people along theway and picked up the trade. They’ve letme do a lot of independent work aswell, once they knew I could do itmyself, which has improvedmy skills a lot.
