Michelin star chef, author and TV star Glynn Purnell will headline the main stage! Glynn won the fi rst Michelin star in Birmingham and owns three restaurants in the Midlands. On the main stage he will be wowing the crowds with two delicious dishes - roast pork chop, salsa verde, crispy aubergines and tru ffl e honey, plus prawn toast with plums and chilli.

Popular local training provider North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) will team up with local legends Bramwell’s Fish for an exciting cooking demonstration. Students from NLTG have visited Bramwell’s on Accrington Market in recent months to learn more about the origins of their fi sh and now a monster monk fi sh will be cooked live on stage. If fi sh is your thing, you are going to love this dish!
