Everyone at the club has been really pleased with the progress of the Open Age squad this season and we have had brilliant support from our committee and volunteers to allow us to compete and maximise our potential. Our First Team and Reserves have both been set a target of promotion and this has created really good competition for places. We have had some outstanding individual and team performances this season so far. We are into the final of the County Cup and quarter-final of the League Cup, and if we can work hard and keep focussed in our remaining league games we have a good chance of achieving our seasonal targets. We have a friendly and talented squad, full of characters, a delight to coach and I am confident they will do us proud this weekend at home to Radcliffe at the Wham and against GT7.

Really excited for the game. It will be a good test for the players who are really excited to exhibit their quality and development this season, and to do it on an occasion like this is an amazing opportunity for them. The attitude and dedication of these women has been amazing since my arrival in October, and have supported the coaching teams vision in pushing Radcliffe FC Women to new levels and have been vital in laying the foundations for the forecoming seasons. They are grateful to be invited to the women's festival, as they have dedicated most of their footballing lives to making women's football be recognised at all levels. Results have definitely not reflected on performances. We have made so much progress since my arrival, and our most recent result showed this, and we are hoping to build on this on Sunday vs Accrington.

Good luck to all teams!
