Computing and IT suites are at the heart of our centres

Former students include European Cup Winners Phil and Gary Neville, World Superbike Champion Carl Fogarty and many TV and stage actors including Dominic Brunt (Paddy off Emmerdale), Julia Hesmondhalgh and Lee Ingleby. Other famous names include Nigel Haworth of Northcotes and Ilyas Khan, a global entrepreneur. Whilst we are proud of the famous names in our heritage we are equally proud of the thousands of students who have passed through our doors and who Accrington and Rossendale College have helped to secure good jobs and satisfying careers in the industry of their choice. We are a vocational college which helps our students find their career and which prepares students for life in the working world.
